Born in 1966, lives and works in Warsaw, Poland.

In her video Real? (The Crains Are Flying by Michail Kalatozow) (2001) artist has literally inserted herself into the classic Russian-language melodrama from the 50. Her face replacing that of the original actress as an emotionally charged scene unfolds in loop. Questioning the media's image of women in society, feminist representations, societal roles and emotional relationships.
